Several oil companies including Frank's International were targeted by the Labor Department since 2012. According to a press release from the Department of Labor Frank's broke federal overtime laws by not including bonuses when calculating overtime payments. Since 2012 approximately 29,000 US workers have been paid more than $40 million in overtime. Frank's International has been ordered to pay 1,760 employees $555,351.
