Funeral Set For Kindergartner, Bank Fund Set Up

Funeral arrangements for six-year-old Lederion Miller who was killed while being dragged by his school bus yesterday have been set. 

Visitation will be held at Martin and Castille's south-side location this Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.  Visitation will resume Friday morning from 8a.m. to 10a.m.  A mass service will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church across the street from Milton Elementary school.

To help pay for cost of Lederion funeral a fund has been set up at FM Bank.
Milton Elementary's principal Susie Kebodeaux tells KPEL News a school district in Alabama contacted her today, offering condolences and giving a donation to the bank fund..
The bank fund is set up at all Farmers Merchants Bank and Trusts in Acadiana.
Principal Kebodeaux says she spent time again today with Miller's family.
