Garbage Collection & Recycling Collection Not Changing Next Week

With Monday being Memorial Day, many people in Lafayette will have the day off.

If your wondering if the garbage and recycling collection will stay the same on Monday, the answer is "yes".

Garbage with be picked up as usual, and recycling will be collected on Monday in Lafayette Parish.

The only changes are that the Compost Facility on Dugas Road will be open at 11:30 this morning; will open tomorrow, Saturday, May 27 from 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., but then will be closed on Monday.
