Gasoline  prices  dropped  another   penny  overnight,  as crude oil prices continue  to hover around $100-a-barrel. Louisiana  AAA  fuel analyst  Don  Redman  says a slow retreat in oil costs, coupled with very low consumer demand  is behind the reductions at the pump.  The statewide average  price  of  regular gas today is $3.61; down a penny from yesterday...down 6 & 1/2 cents from a week ago.
