Get Ready For More Road Work On Highway 90

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development says that highway 90 will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction tomorrow between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The road work will take place between the Billeaud Overpass in Broussard all the way to Wall Road in Youngsville.  Crews will be working to replace pavement markings.

DOTD officials say the work will only take one day to complete, but in the event of bad weather it will be put off for another day,

DOTD officials want drivers to know they appreciate your patience and reminds drivers to please drive with caution through the construction site.  They also ask that drivers be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
