Glen Campbell Releases Heartbreaking Final Song [VIDEO]

78 year old Country Music Hall of Fame member Glen Campbell has been very open about his 2011 diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease, and he even went out on a farewell tour. He has released the final song he'll ever record -- "I'm Not Gonna Miss You." It was recorded in 2013,, and is really emotional, and heartbreaking for not only fans of Glen Campbell, but anyone who has experienced Alzheimer's Disease in their lifetime, or with friends or family. The song was released in front of a documentary 'I'll Be Me' about his last tour, which will be out before the end of the year.

I saw Glen Campbell perform at CMA Music Fest in 2011, and it was incredibly sad to see someone up on stage who couldn't remember the words to his own songs. God Bless you, Glen!
