Goodbye To Big Dave

He was a family man, a great friend, coach and radio personality on ESPN1420.

Today Acadiana says goodbye to Dave Thibodeaux, known to everyone who loved him as Big Dave.  He died last week at the age of 63.

His funeral is set for 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, and he will buried at the church cemetery.

Visitation starts at 7 a.m. this morning at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge and runs through to 10:30.

Dave and broadcast partner Mike "Bandit" Bernard hosted Big Time Sports Talk on ESPN 1420 and Dave was the voice of the St. Martin Parish Football games of the Week.
