Atchafalaya River Flood Plain Residents Be Prepared

Residents in the Atchafalaya River flood plain should start disaster preparations now.  That's the message from Governor Bobby Jindal this evening.  Jindal says residents should prepare now because of the uncertainty of the opening of the Morganza flood gates.
