Opelousas Grandmother Arrested After Game Of Dice Goes Bad

57-year-old Beverly Rubin is facing drug charges after gunshots sent police to an Opelousas house.

Opelousas Police Chief Perry Gallow says it started when Peter Jones apparently lost money in the game of dice and got in an argument then shot five times. When police arrived at the home, officers say they saw Rubin trying to hide four small bags of marijuana and several rocks of crack cocaine. She faces drug charges.

Meanwhile, Jones is charged with shooting the gun. He and four other men also face illegal gambling charges.
