21-year-old Christopher Goodley, accused in the homicide of his grandmother, 80-year-old Delcy Williams, has been rebooked on first-degree murder and simple burglary charges in the case.

Goodley was arrested a week ago. He had been living with her after being released from Angola in October of 2013 after pleading guilty to felony theft and simple burglary in Evangeline Parish in April 2011.
