Guns And Jewelry Stolen From Acadia Parish Home

Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers is hoping that the public will be able to provide them information about who is responsible for a residential burglary in Branch.

During the day, on Friday, September 29, someone forced there way into the back door of a home on Heinen Road, and made off with multiple valuable items.

The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office says the following things were stolen:

Several firearms
Jewelry
A SKS rifle that recently had the wood stock refinished

Investigators say they don't know if the burglary was the result of one person or several, but either way, they are hoping that someone will come forward with information.
