Healing House Presses On With ‘Tini Tour’ Fundraiser

Today on ‘Mornings With Ken and Bernie‘ Jenee Broussard of Healing House visited to discuss this week’s ABSOLUT ‘Tini Tour’ stop. Week six of the ‘Tini Tour’ stops at Bonefish Grill and this week’s martini is the Ocean Trust martini, a citron/mango based drink.
Even though the ‘Tini Tour’ is a fun event for adults Broussard stressed that it is the major fundraiser for Healing House. According to Broussard,
“Healing House provides grief counseling services for children who have lost either a parent or a sibling. With 75 volunteers and only five full-time paid staff members funding is critical.”
Broussard said only 80 tickets are still available at $100 each. They can be purchased by calling 337-234-0443 or by visiting the website at www.healing-house.org.
