Tropical  Storm  Leeis  dumping  several  inches  across  southern Louisiana  as it moves closer to the state's coast.

Lee is currently southwest  of Morgan City, moving north-northwest at seven miles per hour. The center  of  Lee  is  expected to reach land this
afternoon, along the central Louisiana coast. Lee's maximum sustained winds are at 50 miles  per  hour and its not expected  to  strengthen  into  a hurricane before making  landfall. Governor Bobby Jindal says flooding  is  the major concern with this storm.  Once Lee makes landfall  its  expected to slowly crawl towards the north, before eventually making a turn towards the northeast.
