Highway 107 Near Opelousas Will Close For Railroad Repairs
State highway officials say a portion of Louisiana Highway 107 in the Morrow area will be closed on Monday.
Highways administrator William Oliver says the closing is needed for railroad repairs just north of the junction of Louisiana 107 and U.S. Highway 71.
The highway will be closed at 8 a.m. and is expected to reopen by 5 p.m.
Alternate routes are U.S. 71 and Louisiana Highway 361, Oliver says.
