Homeowners Association Forces Sign To Be Taken Down

Petty Officer Third Class Anthony Marsiglia has been deployed for four years and will soon be returning home to Lafayette. The homeowners association of Frenchman's Creek subdivision in Lafayette through it's attorney has asked the family to remove a 'Welcome Home' sign from their home. The sign meets the size restrictions set out in the association rules but the family has been told they can only have the sign in place for two weeks before Marsiglia returns and two weeks after his arrival.
