Houma Teen Faces Homicide Charges
A Houma teen is facing vehicular homicide charges of his passenger. Police say 18 year old Stephen Hammons drove off the road into a ditch and overturned. His passenger, 18 year old Amanda Doyle, was killed. Police chekced the blood alcohol level of Hammons and it was two times the legal limit. We will keep you updated as this story unfolds.
