Houma Woman Found Guilty Of Neglect In Mom’s Death

A Houma woman has been convicted of neglecting her paralyzed mother who died from an infection from untreated bedsores.

Tiffany Duthu will be sentenced in November, and she faces up to 15 years in jail. Her father is currently serving a two-year sentence for his role in his wife's death. Another daughter is scheduled to be tried later.
