Household Chemical Day This Saturday

Lafayette's biannual Household Chemical Day is this Saturday. It's sponsored by the Lafayette Consolidated Government's Environmental Quality Division. It gives Lafayette Parish residents a chance to properly and safely get rid of paint, poison, chemical cleaners, mercury and other chemicals. Computers and any other electronic devices with a chip will also be collected to be recycled. It'll be from 8 a.m. to Noon at the Cajun Field parking lot.
