Houston Oil Company Taking Responsibility

A Houston-based oil company is accepting responsibility for a gush of crude in the Gulf, some of which washed ashore in the past few days along a 30-mile stretch of Louisiana's coast.  Officials with Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners had believed the discharge from a dormant well was minor.
