Lane Closures Announced By DOTD For I-10 And I-49

Monday, December 08, 2014 4:29 PM There will be a rolling lane closure on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge starting in the Eastbound direction and then moving to the Westbound direction, between mile marker 135 to 127, beginning at 8pm and lasting until 5am. The lane closures will be necessary for part of the I-10 Restriping Project. These rolling lane closures will be ongoing throughout the rest of the month pending daily traffic and weather conditions. Daily notices will be provided.

IMonday, December 08, 2014 4:47 PM LAFAYETTE, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced today that beginning Tuesday, December 9, until Wednesday, December 10, Interstate 49, between the St. Landry/Lafayette parish line and Pont Des Mouton Road, will have alternating lane closures in the southbound direction to allow crews to make repairs to the road.

This work is estimated to take place from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Work is subject to change depending on adverse weather conditions.
