When the Saints drafted tight end Jimmy Graham in 2010, his athleticism quickly made him a fan favorite, and a favorite target of Quarterback Drew Brees.

I bought a #80 jersey at the beginning of the 2011 season. Injuries hampered his performance in 2012, and 2013. That fueled a growing perception that he was "soft." Contentious contract negotiations in 2014 poured gasoline on the fire.

Jimmy's never been known as a great blocker. Saints management felt the need to shore up the team's pass protection, so the Max Unger trade was made.

Jimmy recently took a pot shot at the Black & Gold when DL Akiem Hicks was traded.

During a recent Monday Night Game, he made one of the most pathetic "blocks" I've ever seen, allowing a tackle for loss.

I recently sold my jersey, and made a trip to the grocery store. I grabbed a ribeye, bottle of vodka, and hit the salad bar. All in all, I think I got a good deal!
