Iberia Deputies Searching For Two Home Invasion Suspects

This morning around 5:15 Iberia Parish Sheriff's deputies were called out to the 6000 block of Highway 89 after they received a call about a home invasion.

Upon arriving on the scene, deputies learned that two suspects broke into the home by kicking in the front door.

The suspects, one of them armed with a handgun, stole electronics, and then fled in an unknown direction.

The victim says both suspects had their faces concealed so the only description is that it was two black males.

Detectives with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating the incident and are asking if anyone has information involving the incident to contact the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
