NEW IBERIA, La. (KPEL) -- Police in Iberia Parish are searching for three men who allegedly broke into a Fontalieu Drive home and stole several valuable items.

Capt. Ryan Turner with the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office said deputies were called out Friday to a report of an armed robbery at the home.

When deputies arrived, Turner said they "learned that three male suspects, one armed with a firearm, forced their way through the front door of the residence."

Once the three men were inside, Turner said they stole several valuable items and left in an unknown direction.

The three men are described as three black males wearing white shirts and "some type of material concealing their faces," Turner said.
