Iberia Parish Deputies Investigating Armed Robbery Of Store Clerk

The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating the Thursday evening armed robbery of an employee at the Family Dollar store on W. Admiral Doyle Drive.

According to Sheriff Louis Ackal, the victim told deputies that two black men armed with guns entered the store and robbed her.

One of the suspects is described as wearing black clothing and a white mask. The other suspect was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and was wearing a white mask as well.

Both suspects fled the area on foot.
