Insurance Commissioner Says Buy Flood Insurance

Tropical Storm Arlene is the first storm of the 2011 Hurricane season.

It's not expected to impact the United States, but Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon says Arlene should remind us not to put off buying your property or flood insurance. Donelon says conditions are already ripe in the Gulf for early activity.  He says even if you already have a policy, new insurance companies have been entering the state and are competing for business.
