HRABOVE, Ukraine (AP) — The Dutch prime minister says the "No. 1 priority" is to repatriate the bodies of the 192 Dutch citizens killed in the downing of a Malaysia Airlines plane over eastern Ukraine.

Meanwhile, international outrage is growing over how pro-Russia separatists in Ukraine are handling the bodies.

Some of the dead are being stored on refrigerated railcars in the town of Torez.

The train engineer says the cars' refrigeration system had been off overnight, and reporters say the smell of decomposing bodies is now more pronounced.
