Is Dave Ramsey The Answer To Oklahoma School Funding Problems?

...it's unlikely, but these teachers want answers.

CNN correspondent Nick Valencia was in Oklahoma where teachers have walked out over funding issues and overcrowding at public schools in the state. KOTV TV had live pictures of the demonstration on their Facebook page. 

One teacher thinks the award-winning financial expert and KPEL show host Dave Ramsey could fix things.

Dave Ramsey has made a career of advising his listeners to get rid of unnecessary debt and instead focus on long-term retirement planning.

The suggestion of Ramsey helping Oklahoma schools led me to ask myself, why not?

His nightly following reaches millions of people every day and there are tons of success stories. Why wouldn't a school district or state agency want to let him in to look at the books when there are funding problems? Maybe the question should be, "do they really want the answers?"
