Jailer Jail In St. Mary Parish

20 year old Zedric Davis employed as a jailer at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center has been arrested and charged with malfeasance in office, entering contraband into a penal institution and obstruction of justice. Investigators determined that Davis brought at least one package of contraband into the facility and had two other packages ready to be brought in. According to our news partner KATC the packages contained tobacco and cell phones.
