A day after an East Baton Rouge Parish judge reduced LSU defensive back Jalen Mills’ charge from second degree battery to a simple misdemeanor, Mills was seen practicing with his teammates, after Coach Les Miles lifted his suspension.

Mills is a two year starter for LSU but hasn’t worked out with his teammates since May.

In June, Mills was arrested for allegedly punching a female victim in the mouth. Witnesses at the apartment complex, where the incident took place state that another woman struck the female victim.

After the initial charges were reduced, Les Miles said “A misdemeanor being what it is, we’re moving forward.”
