Jeanerette Man Is Arrested For Negligence Of Family

James Gabriel Sr. left his 16 year old son in a house with no food and no electricity. The police were called with a disturbance call, and after investigation, it was discovered that Gabriel's son had been without food and electricity for two weeks and was knocking door to door asking for food. Gabriel has been booked into the parish jail without bond.
