Two big announcements were made by new Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry this week: the six additional arrests in the bribery scandal at the Lafayette District Attorney's Office & Landry's intention to intervene and review the appeal of the Common Core lawsuit.

On "Acadiana's Morning News," Landry discussed the significance of the arrests and answered questions about the case. He also explained why he has not followed along with Governor John Bel Edwards in dropping an appeal of the Common Core case.
