Jennings High School Evacuated After Bomb Threat
School came to an early end Monday at Jennings High School after police say a bomb threat was posted on one of the bathroom walls.
Jennings Police and Louisiana State Police have been on the scene. The entire student body was evacuated to Church of Christ in Jennings. Jeff Davis Schools Superintendent David Clayton:
We’re happy to say that every child is safe and accounted for.
Clayton says they don’t expect to resume classes today as bomb sniffing dogs have been on the scene. Clayton hopes that police find out who did this and that the person(s) will be prosecuted.
