Jennings Worker Arrested For Allegedly Stealing From Employer

49-year-old James McAllister of Jennings is behind bars after allegedly stealing about $7,500 worth of tools and other items.

According to our news partners at KATC, McAllister was arrested after deputies got a complaint from McAllister's employer on Saturday night. The complaint included McAllister location and the location of the alleged stolen goods.

No bond has been set as McAllister sits in the Jeff Davis Parish Jail.
