Jindal Administration Official Charged With DWI
The Commissioner of Administration for Governor Bobby Jindal will apparently be keeping his job.
Paul Rainwater was booked early Saturday on charges of first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign or yield sign. A field sobriety test placed his blood-alcohol level at twice the legal limit. A Jindal spokesman says the governor has complete confidence in Rainwater's ability to do his job.
