Governor Bobby Jindal released his birth certificate which shows he was born in Baton Rouge to immigrant parents from India. The governor's office says the release of Jindal's birth certificate is in response to a "birthright citizenship" bill authored by U-S Senator David Vitter.  Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat is surprised Jindal did this.  Jindal released his birth certificate nine days after President Barack Obama released his own long-form birth certificate to prove that he was born in the U-S. Some observers believe Jindal could be a potential Presidential candidate.  Pinsonat says Jindal maybe trying to get national attention.
