Campaign finance reports filed Monday show Governor Bobby Jindal has nearly $9-million on-hand for his re-election campaign, while his only declared challenger, Tara Hollis has fewer than $1000. Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat says Mr. Jindal appears to be a cinch for a second term.

There's been talk of a possible challenge by Democratic Livonia Senator Rob Marionneaux. His most recent report indicates he has just over $200,000 on-hand for a campaign. Pinsonat says, if he enters the race, Marionneaux will need financial backing.
