Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is extending an invitation to President Barack Obama to visit Louisiana.  Jindal wants the President to check out Louisiana's voucher for himself, saving it would make him change his mind about the administration's lawsuit against the program.

Jindal is sending the letter to the White House today extending the invitation to President Obama along with Attorney General Eric Holder to visit students and parents a private school that are receiving vouchers.

The Justice Department filed a lawsuit looking to halt Louisiana from giving out any future vouchers to students who otherwise would be attending a public school due to federal desegregation orders until getting clearance from a federal court.

Justice contends school vouchers can impeded desegregation.

Governor Jindal says he believes the lawsuit forces school children back into failing schools just to appease teacher unions.
