Governor Bobby Jindal says the state is dedicating 60-million dollars in Coastal Impact Assistance Program funds to a half dozen projects in Southeast Louisiana.  About half of the money will be used to pay for the installation of up to 21 miles of bio-engineered oyster reef in the coastal fringe marsh of St. Bernard Parish.
