Jindal Still Supporting Perry For President

As Texas Governor Rick Perry goes back home to reassess his presidential campaign, how does this make Governor Jindal look after endorsing and campaigning for him? While it may reflect poorly on Jindal, Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat says throwing his support behind Perry was a sensible move.

Jindal has said many times that Perry was a good friend to the Bayou State--especially during the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. Jindal says his support for Texas Governor Rick Perry's presidential campaign is not shaken by Perry's poor finish in the Iowa Caucuses this week. Jindal says he considers Perry a close friend and says Perry would make a good Chief Executive.
