John Edwards Mistrial – Should He See A New Trial?

The verdict came on one count of six and it was “not guilty.”  The rest of the counts the jury could not reach a verdict on and a judge has declared a mistrial.

The former Presidential candidate declared that he was glad and that he had done some things that were very wrong.

Meanwhile, sources say that the Justice Department is unlikely to retry the former Senator.  What do you think?  Should he see another trial, much as Rod Blagojavich did or should he not see a trial again?  Vote in our poll and let us know what you think.
