John Edwards Mistrial – Should He See A New Trial?

The verdict came on one count of six and it was "not guilty."  The rest of the counts the jury could not reach a verdict on and a judge has declared a mistrial.

The former Presidential candidate declared that he was glad and that he had done some things that were very wrong.
