Jonathan Lucroy Hits Walk Off Home Run To Lead Milwaukee Over Cincinnati (Video)

The former Ragin' Cajuns star and current MLB all-star catcher snapped out of a recent batting slump in a sensational way on Tuesday night.

Not only did Jonathan Lucroy of the Milwaukee Brewers hit two home runs to beat the Cincinnati Reds 4-3, but his second home run came in the bottom of the 9th inning off closer Sam LeCure to break a 3-3 tie. This was Lucroy's second walk off homer of his career; his first one also came against the Reds, but their closer in that matchup was the hard-throwing Aroldis Chapman.

"To be honest with you, the last couple of weeks have been kind of tough for making solid contact, but I'm glad to help the team out, contribute and get it done tonight," Lucroy told espn.com. In his last 25 games, he was batting just .200 and his overall batting average was down to .308 after reaching .341 in the month of June.
