Judge Denies Request For New Trial For Derrick Todd Lee
A judge turns down a request for a new trial for a convicted serial killer. Derrick Todd Lee was found guilty in 2004 for killing Charlotte Murray Pace two years before. Lee's Attorneys wanted the judge to give them access to documents from a serial killer task force because they contain confidential and privileged information. Lee's lawyers also claim his attorneys in the 2004 trial were ineffective and underfunded.
