Judge Herman Clause ruled yesterday that there was no basis for State Representative Bobby Badon's traffic stop in 2010 that led to his arrest on an OWI charge.  Badon's lawyer argued the state trooper's video of the traffic stop showed he did not commit the improper lane usage violation that led to his breath sample.  The sample showed his blood alcohol level was .125.  Clause said the evidence collected at the stop could not be used against Badon.
