Kentwood Man Booked In Stabbing Of His Brother
KENTWOOD, La. (AP) — Tangipahoa Parish sheriff's deputies say a 51-yeaer-old Kentwood man was booked with aggravated battery after he allegedly stabbed his brother several times with a pocket knife.
Sheriff Daniel Edwards tells The Advocate Richard Peter Ballard was arrested Friday at a Simms Road home where he and his brother, 48-year-old Kenneth Ballard, were arguing over family matters.
Edwards said Monday the argument turned physical, resulting in Kenneth Ballard being hospitalized.
