‘Kids On The Katwalk’ Fundraiser For Dreams Come True Louisiana

Dreams Come True Louisiana is an organization dedicated to providing dream come true experiences to Louisiana children with life threatening illnesses. The organization was founded in 1982 by a group of families in Denham Springs. Dreams Come True is devoted specifically to children in Louisiana.  A fundraiser "Kids on the Katwalk" will be held Saturday, August 25th at the Acadiana Center for the Arts at 101 W. vermilion Street, in downtown Lafayette. The fashion show features kids dressed to the nines for charity. All board members of Dreams Come True Louisiana are volunteers. The organization has ONE paid employee. Funds raised go to provide services ranging from Disneyland visits, to pets, musical instruments, paying off debts, and more. Tickets are available at Event Brite.
