LA Attorney General Opposing Cell Phone “Robo Calls”

Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell is joining with other attorneys general nationwide to try to ban cell phone "robo calls".  The bill would allow for random dialing to cell numbers.  The bill is called the Mobile Information Call Act resolution 3035.

Today Sam Pleasant with the Attorney General's Division of Consumer Protection visited "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" to discuss the bill.  Pleasant also offered advice to help to defeat the bill.  She advised consumers call the Attorney General's office as well as their elected officials in Washington.
