Lafayette Budget Talks Begin Tonight

The Lafayette City-Parish Council and other Lafayette officials will gather at the tonight at 5:30 to begin the process of budget hearings.

Each of the departments have given City Parish President Joey Durel their requests for taxpayer money, and this will begin the process of the council looking over the budget fashioned by Durel.  All meetings will be open to the public, and tonight's session will be held in the council auditorium on University.
