Lafayette City Parish President Says He Wants Four More Years
Lafayette City Parish President Joey Durel
joined "Mornings With Ken and Bernie" today to talk about his bid for re-election. Durel says he hopes to have another four years to work for the citizens of Lafayette.
Durel said that the major reason he is hoping to be re-elected is that he wants to help Lafayette progess into the future. Durel says he wants to be part of the future growth of Lafayette.
Durel talked about his reasons for running for City Parish President to begin with, saying that he wanted to work at running government as a business, and sought the President's seat, and not the council because he wants to lead.
