Lafayette High students will no longer be able to park on a street that has long been a popular parking location near the school.

KATC has learned that a mass text message was sent to parents Wednesday night, stating that the new rule is effective immediately. Those who continue to park on Foreman drive are subject to being ticketed, towed, or both.

Lafayette high administration said it will work with Lafayette parking officials to provide additional parking solutions.
