Lafayette Man Arrested In Weekend Shooting

A man accused of shooting another man early yesterday morning has been arrested. Lafayette Police say the victim told them he was driving down West Willow Street around 3 AM when a man got in the lane next to him and began firing shots at him. One of the shots hit the victim in the abdomen. Police caught up to the suspect, Trevor Lee Johnson of Lafayette, and arrested him late last night. The victims remains in stable condition. The case remains under investigation.
